IN MY OPINION, this letter was not written/created/authored/penned by the individual who signed this correspondence.  Again, it is my opinion, the VP of Kensington Island Properties was directing this so called non profit society.

Read what the VP of Kensington Island Properties was concerned about.

It is fact, not opinion, this Association was not run in accordance to the rules of a non profit society, which appear in this post.  It was run like a private club by those who created and controlled it.

Union Bay Residents' Association Annual General Meeting

NOTE:  2007 is the ONLY year UBRA submitted the Society Annual Report to the Minister of Finance.  What were they doing collecting dues from members if they were no longer a non profit society in good standing? 

It's important to keep in mind, the VP of Kensington Island Properties was a very valuable member of the Union Bay Residents' Association.  IN MY OPINION, the VP of Kensington Island Properties used UBRA as the unofficial spokesperson for KIP.
