I previously provided your government with copies of the videos, but in keeping with their policies - information is not shared.
It is impossible for people to attend all the meetings, and the miniscule information provided in the minutes and the Landowners Update are inadequate.

In keeping with my beliefs - I want all of us to know what's going on. Only videos regarding The Union Bay Improvement District will be posted. More videos will be added to keep information current.

Kensington Island Properties - Tick, Tick, Tick


Oh no - more bad news for Kensington Island Properties! 
Update:   Bad News For Golf Courses

Farther up-Island, a 27-hole course remains as much of a dream as the rest of the massive Kensington Island project at Union Bay. Ditto for Raven Ridge, a championship course touted as part of a 364-hectare development next to Courtenay's Crown Isle.
The courses were a great lure for homebuyers, though not necessarily golfers. Typically, fewer than a third of the people who buy on a golf course actually play the game. Rather, buyers are looking for a pleasant park-like atmosphere free of overhead wiring and underground meth labs.

also free of people who 'don't belong' - a large estate for the upper class with clearly defined lines, for extra security, the developer is considering a 'gated community' - crap, in my opinion.

Don't let this developer swallow our community and bully us into giving up our water licence.

Gosh, I wonder if Kensington Island Properties is hearing the tick, tick, tick?  So much to worry about.  So much history to choose from. Feel like a kid in a candy store.
