I previously provided your government with copies of the videos, but in keeping with their policies - information is not shared.
It is impossible for people to attend all the meetings, and the miniscule information provided in the minutes and the Landowners Update are inadequate.

In keeping with my beliefs - I want all of us to know what's going on. Only videos regarding The Union Bay Improvement District will be posted. More videos will be added to keep information current.

Misappropriation

The Turning Point


The changes in our local government started with Cleve and Bruce being elected as Trustees.  Since that time they changed the course of history for Union Bay.



You'll notice I put the "Saviour" with his dirty little fingers, always meddling in our government.  This is as close as he'll get to these two guys trying to "manipulate" what happens in our community.  It was insulting to have this individual think he should be allowed to address the landowners prior to voting at the April 2011 Annual General Meeting.  It was a blatant attempt at influencing how we voted.  The nerve.

The problem with KIP's VP is that this dolt doesn't know what a conflict is - or obviously doesn't care - as long as he gets what he wants.

What's going to happen with the MD Agreement now that UBID is not handing over our water license?  Like Gerry Sando said, why aren't we asking more for our Community?

The reason we're getting this temporary water treatment plant is simply because KIP wants to start building and getting a cash flow now.  Old Union Bay is the 'host' KIP feeds off in order to survive.  You know, like a parasite.

KIP's VP must be feeling the heat.  Hasn't he consistently whined about how it's taken so long, everyone else to blame, KIP has spent so much money restoring Hart Creek (not mentioning the damage they caused up the creek and were forced to make the repairs), getting UBRA to ask questions for him, hiding behind UBRA Chair protecting him from having to answer questions.  Just a whiner, playing the 'poor me, I'm trying so hard' routine.  Like I said before, this guy does not strike me as any type of successful businessman.  Nothing about him speaks success - including his interference in our community and future.  Just your run of the mill whiner developer.

Think back to every time you've heard this guy speak.  He's always whining and complaining about how hard it is for him to get his 845 acre, 27 hole golf course, complete with a gated community to keep 'others' out, waterfront clubhouse and a 100 slip marina, 3300 + homes....................................  Ah fuck, now I even feel sorry for him - let's pass the hat.
